In December 2010, we were invited to present our SmartMenu terminals at the Consumer Informatics and Technology session hosted by the American Dietetic Association.
This twenty five minute clip has the complete audio for my talk superimposed with the slides used for the presentation. It covers topics like insights from our pilot at Tin Drum, our value proposition for restaurant owners and a narrative on how technology is changing the art and science of dietetics.
